I´m looking at making a new payment option for CS-CART, I have figure out some of the stuff butt
not how to handle a response from the gateway in CS-CART.
Anyone that can point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Go read on of the other payment methods that is close to what you're trying to achieve in your /payments directory.
paypal.php might be a good start.
