How To Add A Member Price Below Normal Price?

Hi,

Im trying to add a price below the normal price that will show the volume pricing for my premium members similar to this http://www.bcf.com.au/online-store/products/Pedestal-450mm-Swivel-Top.aspx?pid=132072#Recommendations

hopefully with a little graphic aswell that can be clicked to take them to a joining page.

so that will be able to be a graphic? also i would only want it to show one price and if possible show the member price for people who are not logged in but so they cant get that price unless they are a member.
