How I Can Manual Upgrade From Version 2.0.12 To Version 2.2.5?

I have setup version 2.0.12 and I want upgrade to version 2.2.5 manual.

How I can do this without lost customers, orders, products etc?

I am afraid, it is not possible. You can use import/ export feature. But it will be required to customise it anyway.
