How do I get my blocks open for editing?

Hi- I am inside my admin “blocks” section and my blocks won’t open for editing. I think they use to open in the past. Only the central block is available to edit. Is there something I need to do open the other blocks? When I click on the plus sign to open, the thing pops up on the top of my screen saying loading to position, but doesn’t open. I would appreciate any help you could provide.

Thank you I did and not getting any responses on the new thread. Where else should Ilook for assistance?

Try editing them in a different browser to see if that is the issue.

not working inside a different browser, any other options I should try…?

anyone figure this out yet? My page just sits there and ajax message states “Loading” when I try to add a block.
