How do I create membership subscription

HI I am trying to create a membership subscription without luck.



I would like to be able to have members join my store and subscribe monthly to receive downloadable files.



I can see where I create the Recurring Plan, add products to the plan, etc.



How do I add a “subscribe here” check box on the site and how do I create rules associated with the plan?



Anyone with experience at this?
