If you don't want to edit code you can edit the image /skins/yourskin/customer/images/top_tab_left.gif
/skins/yourskin/customer/images/top_tab_right.gif. If you want to edit the css dig into the style
sheet at /skins/yourskin/customer/styles.css. Good luck!
