So, I'm trying to install CS-Cart Ultimate for 2 storefronts.
The problem, finding inexpensive hosting. My sites really don't have a lot of traffic right now but I guess with Ultimate you need a plan with root access which also allows for multiple SSL setup to host more than one cart, right? I guess this would be a dedicated server which runs like $50/month.
On a shared account in CPANEL, I can create an addon domain but the system only allows for 1 ssl setup. Other hosting sites like ixwebhosting.com will allow for multiple ssl tickets but do not offer root access which is needed for addon domains.
Big difference in price from a dedicated (vps) to a share account.
Who does anybody host with? Looking for an inexpensive solution to this cart.
A dedicated server and a VPS are different hosting levels. Shared is the bare minimum, but the vast majority of low cost hosts won't cater for the Ultimate SSL setup.
Which country are you located in? For a variety of reasons (geolocation, local support times, etc) it is best to find a host within your own country.
You should be able to find a VPS configuration that will meet your needs and then you can grow it as your business grows.
