i dont want to SEE the other categories on the left…

why not disable the category block on all but your home page then? The breadcrumbs would then give you the navigation you are looking for.



I think this would be totally confusing to your users and completely defeats the purpose of having a catagory block, but that’s how to accomplish what you describe.
