I recently paid SnowRocket for the Help Desk Modification. Honestly, this modification should be included in all future releases. It’s very professional and works real well. I was able to get first hand experience today interacting back and forth with a customer.
Everything that was said between the customer and I was in view. The HelpDesk Support is very convenient when compared to e-mail messaging. Having everything in view was helpful.
SnoRocket quickly uploaded and installed the modification on our site without any downtime or issues,
I agree this is a great addon for cs-cart and sno is right on top of things when there are issues.
