Hamburger menu and dropdown categories not working anymore

Hi,
I just upgraded cs-cart from 4.17 to 4.18
Now my mobile hamburgermenu will not work anymore. Also the dropdowns in my main menu on desktop will not work. Anyone can help me?

I thought, maybe it was the PHP version. Using now PHP7.4. When i update php version so 8.0 or 8.1 site wont work. So i downgrade php back to 7.4.

Hope anyone can help me.
Anyone has this issue too?
