Gtm And Fb Pixel Moved From Head To Bottom

Hi guys,

we have a problem with adding Google Tag Manager and FB pixel codes to the head section of our site.

We set them in , however, they are not visible even after clearing the cache, and additionally we can see that there's an alert .

Why are the codes being moved? Should we follow instruction under this link:

to prevent it? Will it help, or it's something different?
