On Google/webmaster area where you submit your sitemaps ect is coming back with :Unsupported file format
Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.
How do we change format or what is happening to cause this

Yes this is the one I followed befored and used, is there a reason for format wrong
