Why Google index old url on search pages Not SEO Url, and redirect to the Seo url ?

Probably because you didn't use the SEO urls / module from begin.

Check to see if you have any addons that don't use the SEO but as VPS says, at one time google must have crawled your site when the SEO addons was not active.
