My web master tool page shows my site is not verified, i have entered the correct tracking id code in Addons - Google analytics - settings - Google Anayltics account number box but its still not verified.
Is this the correct way to verify and track the site in Google?
Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics are two different products.
Now sorted this problem, i added the verification code supplied by Google to the /public_html folder as a new file.
