How do I get Google Checkout to recognize and apply a gift certificate to an order? It does apply coupon codes correctly but will not accept gift certificate codes. I know that there some CS-Cart and Google quirks but I haven't found any notes on this… other than to enter gift certificate codes on the google checkout end, not the cs-cart end.
