Which file do I edit to change the way the gift certificate email template displays? I have looked in all the tpl files and haven't been able to find an instance of an html or php file to edit to change the look of the template of the email sent to the person you send the gift certificate to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ya, the GC that comes out of the box with CSC is quite ugly. That big white cloud is ridiculous, and large dollar values don't fit well into it. It absolutely required a re-design if you intend to issue GCs.
