I’m issuing a strange bug, but unable to manually recreate it.
We are using CS-Cart 4.18.2
Some of my customers had the same issue : they bought a gift certificate in the past. Everything goes well and order is closed.
But the gift certificate stay in their cart. And it’s not possible to delete it from customer side.
The only way I found to get rid of it is to go in admin panel : order/cart/delete all products from basket (it delete the wish list too
) and then make an optimization of the database (if I do not do this), the gift certificate comes back.
ps: making optimization without deleting the gift does not solve the problem.
Any idea what’s the problem ? Anyone had the same issue ?
I think it will be hard to solve as it’s impossible to reproduce it ![]()
