Frontend errors when upgraded to 4.18.2

When I upgraded to 4.18.2 (Store builder plus) I get frontend errors in console and some javascript is not working. I have Responsive theme installed. The errors are:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘caArea’)

and

TypeError: slider.owlCarousel is not a function

No images are displayed in Scroller. Some links are not working for image changing, banner scrolling not working etc. I tried with clear cache but no luck. 4.18.1 SP1 is working fine.

O yes man! When changed to Redactor II wysiwyg editor all is well.

@ecomlabs have provided a correct solution. The fix for this issue will be included into 4.18.3/4.19.1.
