XSS is just one vulnerability you should test against. Other vulnerabilities, like SQL injection, are just as important.

Yes but for SQL and Virus problem, than you have to use security scan seal.
I recommend to everyone don’t scan your website through “Extensive” scanning mode, this will occur your hosting server processor to high and you get the warning or account suspension just like i receive the warning from hostgator. However hostgator told me they will shut down the mysql for 60 min IF the processor is high and reach thr 25MB memory.

Acunetix is good but for only dedicated server.
Other scanning script like McAfee and Comodo are damn expensive.
Well currently i am using Sitelock and will use either the Comodo Free Vul. scanner or Godaddy paid scanner version.

There is one more called “Trust-Guard, Sitelock & Network Solutions” scanners all are excellent.
