Trying to set up free shipping not succeeding
1st shipping rate $3.50 under a certain weight (many of these products have free shipping)
2nd shipping rate from $9.50 (many of these products have free shipping)
If I select the 1st on for free shipping works for every product under that weight and free shipping works. But it charges shipping on everything over that weight from the 2nd option.
If I select the 2nd rate as the free shipping option - it charges shipping on the 1st section even if free shipping is selected, but if they choose the next section it removes the shipping (No-one knows to do this)
I tried making a totally separate free shipping option, but it offer free shipping on every product in the store.
HELP PLEASE
currently I have had to disable all free shipping options
Going more than crazy
