Forms builder on admins panel (addons) doesn’t show up on click… Anyone has idea why is that happening? Maybe i have accidentaly deleted some files?
I did have the similar problem. After having deleted database related to only pages for the bloks from the data base, Everything become Okey. I think this is due the transfer from old block structure to new data base issue. conversion issue.
Do not delete any thing but check first if your converted block database include
pages
