Form builder replys

Hi all,



Just wondering if anyone has come across this problem.



I have built a form using the CS form builder for feedback from customers, however when a customer fills in the information such a name, tel. number, email address, comments, etc all I get back is the first letter of each field ie:



Name: J

Address: 1

Line 2: S

City: L

Emaill: J

Tel: 0

Comment: I



Any ideas? The form worked fine last week but I did do an upgrade 2 days ago.

hi, i have the same problem like u and i wonder how did u resolve it?

Did you try building a new form?

Possible the upgrade messed it up.
