form builder - 2 quick questions

hey guys, 2 quick questions about the form builder:


  1. my form has a file upload field enabled but when I send the form no files are attached in the email, any idea why it’s happeningg?


  2. within the form builder fields type, there are a lot of options but not one (IMHO) really important: a simple description option. Imagine you have to build a survey or just add some (long) text description before some field. Any suggestion?
