Yes but question is not about pagination but how to access footer menu with those addons. In ebay there is a button that floats on top bottom, once you click or mouse hover it displays footer menu then..

yes its good idea. if you need this then you can contact to any developer to develop or you can wait till anyone extend this functionality in his addon.
