On my website I only deliver products in one country (The Netherlands). In the back-end I disabled all countries and locations. Is it possible now to show always the shipping cost in the cart (and on the checkout-page?)
I think that customers want to see how much the have to pay and i will be nice if it’s possible to show the “flat rate” shipping cost.

I have made like that (CS2.08 ):
Shiping/taxes/locations → edit default location - one one country left ->save
than create new Shipping method ->manual rate calculation → save
after you save it reopen and you will get additional options:Shipping charges
Than add your options and charge
