I would like to create theme with fixed width.

How can I disable responsive layout in CS-Cart 4.3?

I did make changes in layout properties with no success.

Design → Layouts → Gear icon near the layout name → Properties → Layout width → Fixed width

Unfortunately not. As I said, I did it already with no success. Any other ideas?

May be, you forgot set layout properties.

In this case you should switch to the basic theme

There is no basic theme, unfortunately. Responsive is the only option.

This is from CS-Cart post for 4.3.1

Here are some points concerning basic theme:

  • Basic theme can not be installed in 4.3.1 (but its files are there)
  • If you upgrade from 4.2.4 and you have basic theme, after upgrade you still will have basic theme.
  • If you do store import (from 2.2.x, 3.0.x, 4.x.x) your data will be imported to responsive theme.
  • We will maintain basic theme during 4.3.x and fix all bugs in it.

    But the files are still there. It is required to find where the theme is blocked and add an ability to install it. If you are interested in this custom work, please PM me.
