Does anyone of you know how to send email for feedback on purchased item? Not able to find a way to send individual email to customer.

If you open the invoice CS created for that purchase you have the option to add notes to the customer. Then if you check the checkbox for Notify customer and click save the customer will get the update with the notes you added.
