I'm using cs-cart 3.01 and have configured it to use FedEx Shipping. I noticed that it uses my negotiated basic rates, but it does not included the surcharges when return these rates. For example if an item costs $400 it does not consider the Declared Product Value or Fuel Surcharges.
My question is am I missing something or is there a way to retrieve the surcharge fees as well when using real time rates?
Also not sure if this has been mentioned, though I noticed if you leave the Account number field blank within your FedEx settings it uses retail rates instead of your negotiated rates
