IE doesn’t support favicons
i dumped it into the root and it seems like its not picking it up, i read something about inputting this code into the index pages header, but the index page for cs-cart doesnt have a header, and when i add one it gets messed up
index.php?
has to go into your /customer/index.tpl
in the HEAD section.
that didnt work so i download the index.php of the cart and used a PHP Echo function to place the link rel code into the header.
works now:
http://thekookys.com/store/

IE 7 Support favicons
IE 6 also supports Favicons. Make sure it is 32x32 and an ICO file (it is not a renamed gif or jpg). Place this into your meta.tpl file:
This will allow the favicon to be placed next to your site name in bookmarks/favorites if someone bookmarks it.

Nice looking site, images took a while to download though !
I noticed most of the images are well above 60kb even the thumbnails are about 40kb which is quite large for an 85X85 thumbnail…
I have a 780X196 header image on my site, file size is : 23kb and still detailed in good quality, in comparison to your header which is 610X127 and at 111Kb
I definatly suggest pre-optimising your images as those on dialup havent got a chance browsing your site !
Hope you dont mind a little friendly critiscism
Hi guys,
My firefox works this very well, but IE looks like cant, any other ways to resolve? 32X32 looks like a little bit smaller, right? Should I use 16 X 16 or not?
