Favicon did not work

I wrote the whatsapp communication bubble code that I sent below to the cs cart layouts special html code section and it works, but after saving the code the favicon is not displayed. What is the reason for this?

Hi, where are you trying to add the favicon? Is it just an icon that you add on the website like the one below? A favicon is a total different thing - it displays in the tab of the website and in the SERPs:
