Over 10 DAYS AGO, we are having problem with Paypal pro, customer stated once they hit “place order” it shows Order placing… please be patient. and have waited for long time and not getting any responses.
i noticed most order placed on 12 noon to 1 pm PDT time will have this kind of time out issue not getting responses back from Paypal.
It will SHOW status “OPEN” in admin.
I have to use Virtual terminal to process most orders. pain in the butt…
anyone have this problem ?
