Ever since we updated to 4.2.2 we've been experiencing random but consistent “Failed Connecting” attempts with the UPS and USPS API's but more importantly with our payment gateway API. We're looking at every possible cause (code, server, etc.) but in our attempt to find the source of the problem we're wondering if anyone else has been experiencing anything similar to this?
Most probably a network issue. Work with your hosting provider.
