Failed CC order transduction

I have CS-CART. I got failed CC order transduction when order amount exceed $300. see this screen shot.


I don’t know why this happen. I haven’t get answer from CS-CART support yet.

I have a urgent situation here need resolve this issue ASAP. Is anyone have experience resolve this type of problem? I’m using payflow pro for CC processing.

By looking at your screen shot it looks like you were the customer each time, is that right?

If that is right, maybe your credit card company blocked the transactions. That many transactions that close together for those amounts might trigger a “red” flag. At least I hope it would.

If that isn’t the case, I don’t know the answer. This is the first time I’ve seen this problem on the forum.



If my credit cadr blocked then this will not happen. it process some order.
