If a download from an order has expired, how can I extend and/or re-enable the download for the customer?

Thank you for the message.
In this case you need to prolongate the expiration date of your downloadable product. In order to do it, you need to click on the “edit” link of a necessary order in the administration panel of your store. After that open the “Downloads” tab and select a new date in the “Prolong download key to” input field.

Hm… I think I'm missing something…
I've attached two screenshots. One shows what the Download tab looks like (no “prolong download key” field) and the other is what the Edit link looks like (no “download” tab). Clicking “edit” on that screen edits the whole product, not that specific order.
Am I going about this all wrong?
