Export CSV file via Data Feed addon

Hello,

I need help exporting a CSV file, via Data Feed addon cs-cart has. I have alread inserted my FTP credentials, plus “Export via cron - FTP”, but I can not see the exported file anywhere… Am I missing something? Could you help me on that, placing the correct path and/or credentials ?

I found a solution! The FTP user I have already created, had a specific path… Thus, in the hostname, after using my server’s IP (IP:port) I continue the path for this specific user…
After, the end of cron, the csv file appears in the folder I gave to addon’s settings.
