When adding Tracking to the order i get this message if “Notify Paypal” box is checked

Error Shipping info was not sent to PayPal because the capture id is missing, try again later

???

STILL no word on the above post???

I would also like to have PayPal return the FEES so i dont have to keep logging into PayPal to get the FEE amount .

are you using the old paypal version still? or maybe using PayPal in “Authorize only” mode

It seems that the webhook from PayPal wasn’t processed in your store for this order. Please check that you have set up the webhooks properly in your PayPal REST application.
