Hello friends ,

i'm new in cs-cart & i just download it & try to change order status but i getting this error "errorMessage could not be sent.

Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function."

i tried it with smtp then i got a error smtp could not connect

when i choose php mail then at profile update time i got mail but at order status change time i'm getting this error errorMessage could not be sent.

It looks like PHP mail function is not working on your server. Please contact your server administrator regarding this. As for SMTP method, please make sure that SMTP credentials are correct.

After trying this we got 1 , means function work properly. but still i'm getting this error. so please how to fix it in cs-cart

Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.

Anyone has solved this error?

I have switch to PHP Mail Function and have same error. I have my hosting installed sendmail.

I am upgrading version 4.3.9 to 4.3.10 via upgrade center but after processing for nearly 10 minutes it throws the error that i mentioned below

Error Message could not be sent.
Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

Please do the honours

Whenever anyone has had a problem upgrading from 4.3.9 to 4.3.10
all I can find is a response from Simtech but no solution mentioned.
If Simtech has a solution to a problem then it is in their best interest

to mention it.

This would save then time dealing with many questions of the same nature.
