Error when trying to upgrade 2.13 -> 2.14

Hi everyone,



I received a message in my admin panel that the upgrade to 2.14 is available. I clicked to install but the system replied: “Error: _text_uc_package_not_available” Does anyone know where the problem is? Many thanks.

thank for the reply. When I click on reload the package I get the following warning: “Failed to remove the upgrade descriptor packages.xml” :frowning:

Check the permissions for the “var/upgrade” directory and for the “packages.xml” file in it. Set them to 777.
