Error viewing cart or checkout in 3.0.1 Ultimate

G’day all

RE : Ultimate 3.0.1

After adding an item to the cart then going to view the cart the error appears at the top of the page, 3 times

Warning[color=#333333][font=Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3]: curl_setopt() [[/size][/font][/color]function.curl-setopt[color=#333333][font=Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3]]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set in [/size][/font][/color]/home/bcomau1/public_html/core/fn.requests.php[color=#333333][font=Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3] on line [/size][/font][/color]478



Have made sure safe_mode is off and have requested for the hosting provider to disable open_basedir.



Can still complete checkout and everything processes ok just the above error shows when viewing cart or going to checkout.

Any help much appreciated.
