I am not able to reinstall also.
The CS-Cart trial requires IonCube installed.
The full license however doesnt.
It’s best that you remove all demo/trial data/files and create a new database for the full-version install. Regardsless, the Ioncube loader is part of apache when installed. Only your webhost can assist you with it’s functions.
