Error on checkout as new customer afer import

I have problem that started to appear after importing my customers (from my old cs-cart site) using the export/import customers option from the administration. When somebody (new user - not old customer - e-mail not in the database) try to make an order > on the checkout page:

  1. fills e-mail & password
  2. fills delivery details & click continue

error appears: “The username or e-mail already exists…”

although the e-mail is not used before - always this message appears!

This bug appeared after importing the users from the old version of my cs-cart site.

The error message appears on new users with new e-mail addresses.

Anybody have this problem or can help me to fix it?

Fixed after update to the latest version and again reimport the user! If somebody have this problem this is the solution :) !
