I have problem that started to appear after importing my customers (from my old cs-cart site) using the export/import customers option from the administration. When somebody (new user - not old customer - e-mail not in the database) try to make an order > on the checkout page:
- fills e-mail & password
- fills delivery details & click continue
error appears: “The username or e-mail already exists…”
although the e-mail is not used before - always this message appears!
This bug appeared after importing the users from the old version of my cs-cart site.
The error message appears on new users with new e-mail addresses.
Anybody have this problem or can help me to fix it?
