Looks like your DB was upgraded incorrectly. This filed should be there by default.

So you should take the dump from default installation of 4.2.4 and check the table fields.

Ok thanks I sorted that. Categories are now working.



My website looks like this though. I thought it may be CSS related to restored the original css style sheets and template from the theme install files but it didnt change anything.
