Error: No fields selected for export

I’m trying to export our products and am receiving this error message…

Error: No fields selected for export



I am following the instructions from this page but am stuck on #3…

“Leave the desired fields in the Exported fields option and move the other ones to the Available fields box”



I do not see any fields :confused: Is my cart missing something? I have attached a screenshot of what I see.

It doesn’t look right. In my admin I see 2 boxes with fields (that you can move from one to the other).

Yep, your upgrade obviously was not successful. It has characteristics of 1.3.5.
