error field product code when importing csv

I do not understand why although the field Product code I see the following message Your import files MUST have the following fields: Product code.

I export with [COLOR=“Red”];[/COLOR] and when import appear this error.

I open the file with excell is correct?

Are you trying to import or export? I recommend using the “Comma” as it is easier to read and edit.
