Does anyone have an English language file for translation?, isn´t there a single file where users can download and translate or must it be copied from data.txt file and translated?.

Unfortunately everything is stored in the database. So you would have to make an SQL dump or translate everything from the admin back-end.
After translating in the admin panel how can i save the Language translation to a .txt ?.
You will have to use an SQL manager such as Navicat or PHPMyAdmin and export it to a format you like.
