When an item is purchased that requires shipping outside of the configured options, you’ll get an error message when doing a shipping quote & at checkout. The message is as follows:

Where is this exact error text located? I would simply like to modify the error message text. I was unable to get any hits via MySQL so I’m thinking a configuration/template file which I’ve had no luck finding.
Go into your admin, click on the administration tab and then click on languages. You can edit the text there.
