On the vendor plans page there is a banner on the bottom. I can not figure out where to go to change this banner. I need one banner for english and one for spanish.
When I go to Designs>Layouts>Vendor Plans the main content block does not seem to have any options to edit the bottom banner and it all seems to be stuck together in that same block.
Can someone help point me in the right direction.

There is no banner in pure Multi-Vendor. It is not related to your graphic theme?

Possibly Robert, I will check with them. If this is the case though where would you guess I make the change? Directly in the theme file?

Do you have such a location in your Multi-Vendor?
Design->Layouts->Layouts->Vendor Plans?
Or search a location where dispatch equal "companies.vendor_plans"
