Ebay Sync - Only Allowing Us Shipping Option?

My eBay Sync is only posting items for sale and shipment to the USA. Though, I do have my default countries set up on eBay as US/Canada. But when I sync, they are only putting shipment to the US? Any ideas? Thanks
