Ebay Integration for CS-CART, arrives or does not arrive?

Looks like Trusky have something which may be of use, but I believe their addon isn't available yet. I believe Alt Team are also in the middle of developing eBay integration and their add-on is expected to be available November/December (as of an update mid-October).
As far as I know, this isn't planned (yet) for a CS-Cart release in the future, but you can follow up on the subject here.

Looks like it will be a 3rd party who creates it. I think it is another idea CS has shelved.
