I am not sure if I am missing this but can not find a way to do it.
Is is possible to have dynamic form fields in the checkout based on the choice of another field.
So if someone chooses IRELAND as the country
a new drop-down list will show with a list of all the counties in Ireland “Donegal, Dublin, Meath, etc”
Same for other country choices.
We will only be dealing with Ireland, Uk.
OR IS THERE AN ADD ON FOR THIS

What you are describing is already the default functionality of cs-cart. Just build your Shipping locations as you describe. Use Canada or the United States as an example if you need help.

Thank Triplets
When I went looking it seems that the state fields were deselected in profiles. I am not sure if they ever were. As I had installed 4.0.1 as a test site and then upgraded to 4.0.3
And only getting around to setting up shipping to go live soon.
